摘要
目的：观察脂必妥片的调脂疗效及其安全性。方法：采用随机、双盲对照观察的方法，分为脂必妥组和对照组。脂必妥组１５例（男性４例，女性１１例；年龄６０±ｓ５ａ）。对照组１５例（男性１０例，女性５例；年龄６３±３ａ）。分别给予脂必妥或淀粉片３粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，共８ｗｋ。结果：脂必妥组血胆固醇（ＴＣ）、三酰甘油（ＴＧ）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ）的总有效率分别为８３％，８６％，１００％。症状的总有效率为１００％，并见有体重减轻。上述结果与对照组比均有显著差异。其中，ＴＧ，ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇在治疗４ｗｋ时已有改善（Ｐ＜０．０５，或０．０１）。治疗期间无不良反应。结论：脂必妥为安全有效的调脂药物。
AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of lipoprotein regulation and the safety of Zhi-bi-tuo. METHODS: Randomized and double-blind control method was used. Patients were divided into Zhi-bi-tuo group and placebo group. In Zhi-bi-tuo group 15 patients (M 4, F 11; age 60±s 5 a), in placebo group also 15 patients (M 10, F 5; age 63±3 a) received Zhi-bi-tuo or starch tablets 3 tab, po, tid, for 8 wk, respectively. RESULTS: In Zhi-bi-tuo group the total effective rates of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-ch) were 83%, 86%, and 100%, respectively. The total effective rates of symptom improvement was 100%, and the body weight was also reduced. There was a significant difference between Zhi-bi-tuo and placebo (starch) group (P<0.05, P<0.01). The improvements of TG, HDL-ch, and LDL-ch were observed at the 4 wk of treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01). Adverse reactions were not found during the treatment. CONCLUSION: Zhi-bi-tuo is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
