摘要
为了解烟酰水杨酸的调血脂和毒性作用,分别观察了烟酰水杨酸对正常家兔和大鼠血脂代谢的影响及小鼠毒理试验。结果表明:烟酰水杨酸能降低正常家兔、大鼠血中TC、TG和LDL-C,升高HDL-C;烟酰水杨酸LD50为5516.96±647.35mg/kg,Ames试验为阴性。
In order to understand the lipid-regulating effects of nicotinylsalicylic acid on serum lipids and its toxity, we observed the lipid-regulating effects of nicotinylsalicylic acid on normal rabbits and rats. The results showed that nicotinylsalicylic acid could significantly reduce serum cholesterol（TC）, triglyc-eride（TG）,and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C） concentrations,and increase the high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）concentrations. LD50 of nicotinylsalicylic acid was 5516.96 ± 647.35 mg/kg, and Ames test was negative.
