摘要
玉米深加工是以玉米为原料,经若干道工序转化为在各领域以及人民生活中应用的各类轻工产品的过程,其有别于简单的加工(如磨粉(米查)等)而成为食品粮和饲料的过程。为此,阐述了国内外玉米深加工现状及现行的加工工艺,分析了适应我国农村玉米深加工的工艺及设备,提出了提高玉米深加工层次和能力所面临的问题及解决的对策。
Maize deep processing is to transform maize into different light industrial products, which is different from simple processing (such as milling and crushing). So expounded the present status and present processing technologies of maize deep processing, analyzed the technologies and equipment of maize deep processing which is suitable for our countryside, suggested the problems and countermeasures to improve maize deep processing.
