摘要
本文发现氨水介质中微量铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化茜素红褪色反应,建立了催化褪色光度法测定中药内微元素量元素铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。
The catalytic decolorization reaction of methyl red by hydrogen peroxide in HCI-NaAc medium has beeu used to determine trace of antimony. The factors that influence the rate of cataltie reaction were studied and optimum conditions were found. The sensitity of the method is 2.5×10^(-10)g/ml, the range of determination being0~4.5ug/25ml Antimony.The method was used to determine the trace Antimony in water with satisfactory result.
