摘要
采用萃取法 ,用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠测定茶叶中可溶性微量铜的方法。最大吸收波长在 4 40nm ,铜含量在 0～ 6 .0 μg·ml- 1范围内符合比耳定律 ,测定体系有较好的重现性和选择性 。
To Survey and determine the solubility microcopper in tea with sodium diethyldithiocarbamape by means of Extraction.The maximum absorption wavelength is at 440nm,the copper content is between 0～6.0μg·ml -1 ,which conform to Bill Law.The determing System has relatively good quality in reappearance and choice and its result fairly accurate.
