摘要
目的探讨泌尿系结石诊断中,非增强螺旋CT、B超与IVU+KUB的诊断效果及临床应用价值。方法从该院接诊的疑问泌尿结石的患者中选取54例,分别给予其非增强螺旋CT、B超与IVU+KUB检查,对诊断结果进行对比。结果经非增强螺旋CT扫查,42例诊断为泌尿系结石,均经手术或治疗证实。经B超检查,31例诊断为泌尿系结石,1例为假阳性。经IVU+KUB检查,29例诊断为泌尿系结石,3例为假阳性。经3种检查方法对比发现,非增强螺旋CT无论是敏感度、特异度,还是阳性预测值、阴性预测值均明显高于另两种方法。结论采用非增强螺旋CT,对泌尿系结石进行诊断,可大大提高诊断效果,使得当前泌尿系结石诊断中较为理想的诊断方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis effect and clinical application value of unenhanced spiral CT, B ultrasound and IVU＋KUB in the diagnosis of urinary calculi.Methods 54 cases of patients suspected with urinary calculi admitted in our hospital were selected, and were given unenhanced spiral CT, B ultrasound and IVU＋KUB examination.And the diagnosis resuhs were compared. Results Through the unenhanced spiral CT scan, 42 cases were diagnosed with urinary calculi,and were all confirmed by surgery or therapy. By B ultrasound, 31 cases were diagnosed with urinary calculi, 1 case of false positive.After IVU＋KUB examination, 29 cases were diagnosed with urinary calculi,3 cases of false positive.Compared with the results of the three methods of inspection,it was found that the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of the unenhanced spiral CT were significantly higher than those of the other two methods.Conclusion Unenhanced spiral CT used in the diagnosis of urinary calculi can greatly improve the effect of diagnosis, which is an ideal method for diagnosing urinary calculi at present.
