摘要
常规磁粉探伤设备在对工件进行周向磁化时,常会因为夹头与工件接触不良而造成工件电灼伤。针对此问题研制了通道式旋转磁场探伤机,该探伤机利用交叉线圈产生旋转磁场,与工件无电接触,可有效避免电灼伤。
General magnetic particle inspection machine would possibly cause electric burns of workpiece if there was no good contact between collets and workpiece during circumferential magnetization. Therefore channelling rotating magnetic field inspection machine was developed. The construction and principle of the machine were introduced. Crossing coils generated rotating magnetic field and electric burns were avoided because of no electric contact with workpiece.
