摘要
利用通道式分级淬火油槽对４５钢试样进行了不同冷却条件下的淬火试验，通过截面硬度检测，淬火冷却能力测定以及金相组织分析，表明对４５钢采用通道式分级淬火处理，可达到４０Ｃｒ钢、４０ＭｎＢ钢等的常规淬火效果，以较低成本，生产高强度紧固件。
The quenching process and results of the 45 steel through tunnel quenching tank has been investigated in this paper.The hardeness profile and metallograph of the 45 steel samples by means of the tunnel quenching tank are comparable with that of the 40Cr or 40MnB steel by normal quenching.So the 45 steel can be used for the high strength fastenings at a low material cost and reduced cracking tendency.
