摘要
本文采用金相、扫描电镜和显微硬度试验等分析技术,研究了缺陷区的断口形貌、显微组织和显微硬度分布。结果表明,闪光焊时,由于电极块与钢轨间接触不良,致使轨底局部金属被加热淬火,形成“电烧伤”缺陷。
The morphology of fracture surface, microstructure and distribution of microhardness of the spark berning defect zones were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and microhardness tester. The results showed that due to the eltctrode jaws and track surfaces did not fully contact during flash welding, some gaps between surface induced sparks which heated some spots on the track surface to high temperature and then quenched by the track itself. This is the cause for the formation of electric spark burning defects.
