摘要
素质教育是当前各级各类学校进行教育改革,全面提升教学质量,为社会培养与时俱进人才的大趋势。电大作为远程开放教育高校,以培养社会实用型人才为已任,开展素质教育是人才培养目标实现的根本保障。本文从电大校情出发,就电大开展素质教育需要迫切解决的问题和电大素质教育的内涵、面对的困惑和解决的对策作了一些粗浅的探讨。
Quality Education is one of hot spots in education reform. This paper explores the meaning of quality education and its problems in RTVU.Some measures are discussed too.
