供应链文化对提高供应链运行绩效及形成其鲜明特色的竞争优势会产生深层的影响.对供应链文 化的概念、内涵和特征作出了初步的阐述,分析了供应链文化对供应链的影响,并提出了供应链文化建设的一 些措施.
Supply chain culture can have a deep-seated influence on supply chain in both advancing its performance and forming its characteristic advantage for competition. This paper expounds the conception, meaning and character of supply chain culture, analyses its influence upon supply chain, and brings forward several measures of constructing supply chain culture.
