摘要
合作是供应链研究的主题,机会主义是影响供应链合作的重要因素。通过对供应链合作中机会主义防范的重要性的阐释,从新制度经济学中的专用性准租金角度来分析了机会主义产生的重要原因,最后提出了供应链整体体系的构建策略,即均势供应链策略,和供应链内机会主义防范机制来对机会主义进行防范。
Coordination is the topic of studies of supply chain.Opportunism is an important factor that influences the coordination of supply chain.This paper discusses the significance of opportunism prevention.Exploitable quasi-rent theory is employed to analyze reasons why the opportunism occurs.Then the paper presents a strategy of building balanced supply chain and a mechanism to prevent the opportunism.
