摘要
供应链文化对于供应链的运行起到良好的促进作用。供应链文化是一个系统,具有系统的一般特征。首先提出了供应链文化的概念,分析了供应链文化的系统特征,提出从系统的角度构建供应链文化。
Supply chain culture facilitates good operation of the supply chain. Supply chain culture which is a system has general features of system. Firstly, this paper puts forward a conception of Supply Chain Culture. Then it analyzes systemic features of Supply Chain Culture. Finally, it discusses how to build Supply Chain Culture from the view of System.
