摘要
本文用激励工况指数ECI(Exciting Condition Index)来表示路面对车辆承载系激励的能量——激励加速度谱的有效功率。文中提出用车速调整以补偿路面状况的差异,使ECI相同。从而使试验结果有了可比基础。文中对ECI的定义和计算作了简要说明,并提出了可靠性试验用的ECI推荐值和应用实例。
An exciting condition index ( ECI ) is used in this paper to express the excitingenergy of vehicle suspension system imposed by the road surface impact-the effectivepower of the excited acceleration spectrum. It is suggested that by adjusting thevehicle speed to compensate the variation in road surface condition, it is possible tokeep ECI value the same, so that the test results taken at different conlue for dura-ditions are comparable. Definition and calculation of ECI are explained and ECIvalue for durability test is recommended in this paper together with examples inpractical applications.
