摘要
基于多体系统动力学理论,建立了某SUV后副车架的动力学分析模型,运用ADAMS得到后副车架各硬点的受力状况,以上述结果作为边界条件建立后副车架有限元模型,进行有限元分析。分析结果表明:采用有限元法可以快速有效地验证后副车架的强度及模态是否满足使用要求。该方法为SUV后副车架的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The force status of a SUV rear sub-frame was analyzed by use of the dynamic analysis model which was established in ADAMS software according to vehicle dynamics.The structure intensity and modal analysis of the rear sub-frame were performed by the developed finite element model.It's helpful to validate the rationality of the structure intensity and mode.This research provides a theoretical basis for the optimum design of SUV rear sub-frame.
