摘要
为满足重卡用遮阳罩轻量化和安装要求,利用Hyperworks软件对某遮阳罩改型设计方案进行风载、模态和频响分析。在频响分析的4种激励工况下,个别激励工况部分特征点振幅较大,通过增设加强筋,预留安装孔达到设计性能要求,遮阳罩本体减重19%。
The modified design of the sun shade for heavy truck is analyzed in three working conditions of wind load,modality and frequency response by software Hyperworks in order to meet the demands of lightweight and fitting.Under four stir working conditions of frequency response analysis,some points have big amplitudes of vibration in separate working condition.By increasing ribs and reserving fitting holes,the performance requirements of the sun shade are achieved with mass decreasing 19%.
