摘要
通过A铁矿矿业权评估实例说明 ,选取不同评估方法和评估技术经济参数 ,矿业权价款评估值相差悬殊 ,用《矿业权评估指南》的贴现现金流量法甚至评估出矿业权价款为负值。阐述了一种新的矿业权评估方法。
The result of the mining right evaluation of A iron mine show that there are great differences between the evaluated values of the mining right with different evaluating methods and different technical and economical parameters The evaluated value is even minus according to the discount cash flow method in 《manual for the mining right evaluation》.A new method of the mining right evaluation is expounded.
