摘要
信息量较少且有多种评估方法选择的低勘查程度探矿权评估,一直是业界研究和实践的重点和难点。本文以微量信息探矿权评估方法作为研究对象,首先界定了微量信息探矿权的含义和特征,其次对六种主要探矿权评估方法进行简单分析。然后在此基础上,确定微量信息下探矿权评估方法选择所应遵循的基本原则,以及反映微量信息探矿权特征和评估前提条件的六个参数。最后针对待评估矿权可能出现的六种典型情况,建立起合理、可行的探矿权评估方法选择模型。
The evaluation of exploration right which is still at low level of mining exploration has remained a focal point and a difficult problem to the study and practice of professional personage.This paper aims at the evaluation methods of exploration right under the conditions of micro information.After clear definition and characteristic of the exploration right under the conditions of micro information has been given and a brief analysis of six main evaluation methods of exploration right has subsequently been provided,this paper identifies the basic principles that should be followed when appraiser chooses the evaluation method of exploration right under the conditions of micro information.On that basis,this paper also fixes six parameters which can reflect the characteristics and the evaluation preconditions of exploration right under the conditions of micro information.At last,a reasonable and feasible preference pattern for exploration right evaluation has finally been established,which can be applied to evaluate the exploration right in six possible typical conditions.
