摘要
在全球化背景下,文化杂合现象变得越来越普遍,而文化失衡又是一个不争的事实。文化失衡会 加剧文化的杂合,对弱势文化造成(包括价值观的)冲击,同时文化杂合又有助于改变文化失衡的现状。面对 文化杂合与文化失衡,译界应该避免狭隘的民族主义态度,利用杂合的积极面,共同探讨可行性措施。在翻译 策略上,面向强势文化读者的异化翻译具有积极作用。在翻译过程中,译者要注意把握杂合的尺度。
In the context of globalization, cultural hybridity has become pervasive, however, it is an indis-putable fact that cultural disparity also exists. Cultural disparity will intensify cultural hybridity, which can influence the weak culture greatly; on the other hand, cultural hybridity is instrumental in changing the re-ality of cultural disparity. Considering the situation, the translation circle should avoid narrow nationalism, make use of the positive side of hybirdity and explore feasible measures together. The strategy of foreigniza-tion should be adopted for readers in power culture. A translator should pay proper attention to the measure of hybirdization.
