外源脯氨酸对受短期高温胁迫的蓝藻固氮活性的影响 被引量:3

EFFECT OF PROLINE ON NITROGENASE ACTIVITY OF ANABAENA 7120 UNDER STRESS OF SHORT HIGH TEMPERATURE

摘要 外源脯氨酸可在一定程度上削弱高温对蓝藻(Anabaena7120)固氮活性的抑制。弱光或加光合抑制剂时,脯氨酸的有益作用变小。供给蔗糖或在空气氧下则有某种程度的增大,氧下效用消失。氢和氧加合下有益作用不明显,CO_2,N_2或 CO_2与 N_2加合时,脯氨酸非但不促进,且加剧高温对固氮活性的抑制。 The short high temperature-induced inhibition of nitrogenase activity of Anabaena was re-moved to a certain degrce by the introduction of exogenous proline into the test system.Under weak lightcondition or in presence of photosynthetic inhibitors such as DNP or CCCP,the benefical effect of prolineon the nitrogenase activity of Anabaena driven by stress of high temperature was weakened.Theproline-supported nitrogenase activity of Anabaena under stress of high temperature was less evident whenexogenouse sucrose was present.When algal cells injured by high temperature were incubated in the aerobiccondition(in air)the benefical action of proline was higher than that in anaerobic condition(in Ar).The ad-dition of O_2,CO_2,N_2 or CO_2+N_2 to test systems respectively showed no enhancing effect of proline on thenitrogenase activity of Anabaena under stress of high temperature The higher benefical effect of proline onnitrogenase activity was observed when O_2 is added together with H_2.
