摘要
渗透胁迫下,蓝藻的固氮活性下降,去铵阻抑速率减小,下降程度随渗透胁迫的增高而增大。光合作用受抑,O2和N2分压增高均加剧渗透胁迫对固氮酶活性的抑制,添加外源蔗糖,供应CO2,同时供应CO2和N2或H2和O2时,渗透胁迫对固氮酶活性的抑制程度明显减弱。
In this paper we found that the nitrogenase activity and the rate of derepression inAnabaena 7120 were declined with the increasing of concentration of polyethylene glycol(PEG)in culture solution. When algal cells were prelncuhated in dark or in presence of pho-tosynthetic inhibitors,such as DNP and CCCP,a mcre markedly weakened depression of ni-trogenase activity in Anabaena driven by osmotic stress was observed. The addition of O2together with H2 and exogenous sucrose,or preincubation in CO2 alone and in N2 togetherwith CO2 could accelerated nitrogenase activity of Anabaena driven by osmotic stress,whiledepressed by the oxygen or molecular nitrogen aione. The physllogical regulatory mechanismof nitrogenase activity or Anabaena 7120 driven hy osmotic stress was discussed.
