摘要
加强教学督导工作是保证教学质量不断提高的重要措施。经过多年的教育实践和探索,高校的教学督导工作取得了显著的成果,但在研究深度、督导体制、督导模式、队伍建设等方面仍有不足,本文针对新时期高校教学督导问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的对策。
Strengthening teaching supervision is an important measure to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching quality.After many years of educational practice and exploration,the work of teaching supervision in Colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements,but there are still deficiencies in the depth of research,supervision system,supervision mode,team building,etc.This paper analyzes the problems of teaching supervision in Colleges and universities in the new era,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
