摘要
选取适宜的水源和水处理设施以及运行工艺,制备出满足试验适煮工艺理论要求的水质,选用标准型104笼煮茧机,采用机外真空渗透吸水机内煮茧工艺,通过与日本适煮工艺理论研究成果进行对比,找出我公司与其存在的差距,并加以改进,综合运用这几种手段,尝试探索出一条可行且具有普遍推广意义的机外真空渗透吸水机内煮茧的适煮工艺路线,以期对提高产品质量和台时产量,降低消耗等方面产生一定成效。
With suitable water source and treating equipment as well as proper process, the water that meets thedemand of optimum cooking process in theory is prepared. With standard 104-cage cocoon cooking machine, it adoptsthe process of vacuum permeation outside and cooking inside. By contrast with the theoretical research fruit ofJapan, the difference between our company and it is found and improved. By utilizing the above methods comprehensively,we try to seek a practicable and easy to popularize cocoon cooking process, which is expected to bring some effecton the increase of product quality and output per machine hour along with the decrease of consumption.
