摘要
丝胶在自然条件下能凝胶化,其过程可用波长400nm的紫外透光度的变化进行研究,可换算成凝胶化率进行观察.在pH6.0~7.0,温度20~40℃的范围内,各种浓度的丝胶溶液的凝胶化发生较快.同时,丝胶的强度也随着凝胶化的进展而增强.丝胶的凝胶化是由于丝胶分子结构转化成β构象,丝胶呈结晶状。
The sericin solution prepared from silk filament turned to a gel in natural condition.The gelation process of sericin can be studied from the changes of transmittance at the wave length of 400 nm using UV spectrophotometer,and that can be evaliated by the gelation rate of sericin.The gelation behavior of sericin was analysed,and found out the suitable conditions for gelation of sericin.The gelation was dependent on temperature,concentration and pH of sericin solution.Quick gelation occurred in the higher temperature region of 20~40 ℃ when the pH of the sericin solution was 6.0~7.0 at different concentrations.The strength of sericin gel increased with the increase in rate of gelation.Structural change in the process of gelation was found due to the formation of β structure in the sericin solution,the appearance of sericin exhibited dendric or lamella crystals,and the formation of network in the sericin gel.
