金鹿三眠素对家蚕的生理调控和三眠种制造技术 被引量:5

摘要 金鹿三眠素在幼虫3、4龄初期添食,可使四眠蚕诱变为三眠蚕;在幼虫末龄中后期添食,可增加茧层量和产丝量.用三眠素诱导原蚕三眠化制造三眠种,可增强体质、节约用桑、减少不产卵蛾、少产卵蛾、不受精卵和残存卵,提高制种量.所制三眠种下代不添药。 When silkworm is fed with GD in early period 3 or 4 instar,tetramolter can be induced into trimolter.When fed in late period of the last larval instar,cocoon shell weight and silk yeild can be increased.Tests have shown that trimoterization of parent silkworm by GD and production of trimolter eggs can spare mulberry leaves, strengthened his health,reduce nonlaying moths and lesslaying moths and unfertilized eggs and remnant eggs,and increase amount of eggs produced per kg of cocoons or per 50 kg of leaves.This Sci Tech achievement has been appraised and it is considered one of the technical reforms of silkworm egg production.
