基于“医工融合”的新工科专业人才培养模式的探讨 被引量:20

摘要 文章针对目前国家大力促进新工科建设的背景,结合当下医学领域已经迈入人工智能的发展阶段,市场对“医工融合”的复合型人才需求越来越大的发展现状,分析了以工科为基础开展“医工融合”的可行性以及目前“医工融合”面临的困境。此外,以自动化专业、电子信息和计算机专业为平台,以医学为应用载体,通过分析设置“医工融合”特色人才培养模式、“医工融合”科研团队的建设和加强大学与医院及相关企业的合作等方面提出了培养“医工融合”特色新工科人才的可行性建议。 In view of the background of the current national efforts to promote the construction of new engineering subjects,and in the light of the fact that the current medical field has entered the stage of development of artificial intelligence,the market has a growing demand for complex talents with medical and industrial integration.This paper analyzes the feasibility of developing "medical and engineering integration" based on engineering and the difficulties faced by it.In addition,taking automation,electronic information and computer as the platform and medicine as the application carrier,through analyzing and setting up the characteristic talent training mode of "medical and engineering integration",The construction of scientific research team of "integration of medical work and work" and the strengthening of cooperation between universities,hospitals and related enterprises are also discussed,and the training of "medical workers" is put forward.Feasible suggestions for integrating new engineering talents with special features.
