摘要
本文着重介绍1.06μm波长固体脉冲激光器对各种光学薄膜抗激光损伤性能的研究。作为研究方法它可以在其它波长、其它类型激光器对光学薄膜抗激光损伤的研究中作为借鉴。
In this paper, the determination of laser-induced damage to the optical coatings using 1.06μm solid-state lasers is described. Testing procedures, evaluation of laser-induced damage to the antireflective and high-reflective coatings, definitions or laser-induced damage threshold, and porous silica antireflective coating for use at high power lasers are summarized.
