一种由粗铋直接制备高纯氧化铋的方法 被引量:3

A Novel Process for High-pure Bi_2O_3 Preparation from Primary Bismuth

摘要 研究用硝酸溶解 中和沉淀 湿式转型 无污染煅烧工艺从粗铋直接制备高纯氧化铋的过程。最佳工艺条件为 :中和pH =2 0 ;常温搅拌中和 ;硝酸氧铋转化为碳酸氧铋所需氨水 碳酸铵溶液量为 2 0mL/g Bi;碳酸氧铋煅烧温度 5 0 0~ 5 5 0℃。在最佳条件下 ,铋回收率大于 98 2 0 % ,产品纯度达 99 97%。 The process for high-pure Bi 2O 3 preparation from primary bismuth by dissolu tion with nitric acid-neutralizing deposition-wet type conversion-calcination with out pollution is investigated. The optimal operating condition is pH=2 and stirrin g at ambient temperature for neutralization, 20mL/g-Bi NH 3-(NH 4) 2CO 3 sol ution dos age for type conversion, 500~550℃ for calcination. The recovery of bismuth is over 98.2% and the purity of product Bi 2O 3 is up to 99.97%.
