摘要
介绍了以精铋为原料生产电子级氧化铋的工艺流程、控制条件及产品质量 ,拟定的工艺由精铋熔融水淬—硝酸铋水解—硝酸氧铋转型—干燥—煅烧等工序组成 ,水解工序保证了产品的化学质量 ,转型工序使产品为松装比重低的软团聚粉体。
The production flowsheet,controlling parameter a nd product quality of electronic-grade bismuth oxide produced from refined bismuth are introduced.The technological process consists of water-quenching molten bis muth-hydrolysis of bismuth nitrate-re-configuration of BiONO 3-drying-calcinati on.The hydrolysis procedure guarantees chemical quality of product while re-conf iguration makes the product to be soft-loose aggregate with low density.
