摘要
对Bi2 O3 基固体电解质进行了研究。实验确认 ,在Bi2 O3 Y2 O3 系统中掺入ZrO2 可抑制Bi2 O3 立方到菱方相变 ,使其在低温长时间退火后还能保持立方相 ,ZrO2 抑制相变的作用是通过降低间隙阳离子浓度实现的 ;在Bi2 O3 Y2 O3 系统中掺入B2 O3,可抑制Bi2 O3 的还原 ,原因是B3 + 改变了晶体中的应力状态和点缺陷的分布。实验中获得了同时具有抗相变、抗还原性能的Bi2 O3
The Bi 2O 3 based electrolyte was investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed that doping ZrO 2 could prevented phase transition of Bi 2O 3 Y 2O 3 system from cubic to rhombohedron, and the doped samples remained cubic phase after long term ageing at 650℃. ZrO 2 suppressed phase transition through decreasing the anion concentration. Doping B 2O 3 in Bi 2O 3 based electrolyte could lighten the reducing of Bi 2O 3 in hydrogen atmosphere, for B 3+ changed the stress condition and point defects distribution. In this experiment, improved Bi 2O 3 based electrolyte with anti transition and anti-reducing property was gained.
