摘要
20世纪90年代以来高校科层制行政组织变革已成为高等教育与人力资源管理学科交叉研究的一个热点。根据高校行政部门的不同特点,BPR改造后的3种模式都可以在高校行政机构改革中得到应用。
The reform of bureau administrative organization in universities has been a hot spot in the cross subject research of higher education and human resource managing since 1990s. According to the feature of administrative department of university,the three pattern of BPR reformed all can be applied in the reform of administrative structure of universities.
