摘要
利用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对大杯伞子实体的菌盖、菌褶和菌柄中的常见微量元素Na、Mg、Ca、K、Fe、Cu、Mn和Zn进行测定,并计算出它们的相对重量百分比。结果表明菌盖、菌褶和菌柄均含上述各种微量元素,但含量并不相同。
Trace elements (Na, Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu and Zn) in the fruit bodiess of Clitocybe maxima (Gartn et Mey. ex Fr) Quel have been determined with SEM and EDAX. Their relative weights percent have been obtained through calculation, the results show that the Pileus, lamella and stipe of Clitocybe maxima all contain the above elements, but the amounts are different.
