摘要
利用扫描电镜和 X射线能谱仪对茶树菇子实体的菌褶、菌柄、菌托和菌盖中常见的微量元素 Na、Mg、S、P、Ca、K、Fe、Cu、Mn和 Zn进行了测定 ,计算了它们的相对重量百分比。结果表明菌盖、菌托、菌褶和菌柄均含上述各种微量元素 。
Trace elements (Na,Mg,P,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu and Zn) in fruits of Agrocyb cylindracea (DC.:Fr) R.Maoire have been determined with SEM and EDAX and their relative weights (percentage) were achieved through calculation. The results show that the above elements are contained in all parts of Agrocyb cylindracea (DC.:Fr) R.Maoire, but their amounts are different in different parts.
