摘要
"第4级教育"即"高中后非高等教育阶段"的转型教育。我国的第4级教育原来的主要对应点是在普通高中教育基础上的"大中专"教育、20世纪80年代出现的"短期职业大学"教育等,现在应主要指两年制高等职业教育。这种教育本质上是一种"转型"和"就业"教育,在现代国民教育体系中具有存在和发展的必要性、可行性,并应具有良好的生存和发展机制。
The fourth grade education is the transformation education of the stage of non-higher education after senior high school. The fourth grade education in China is to aim at the higher school education and the secondary specialized school education implemented on the basis of the general senior high school and the short-term vocational higher school appeared in the 1980s. Now it refers to the two-year system higher vocational education. This kind of education is a kind of transformation and employment education. It has the necessity and feasibility that it exists and develops in the modern country education system and has nice survival and developing system.
