以科技为先导转变农业结构和机制是农业现代化必经之路,特别是生物技术在农业中的重要作用不可小视。生物技术包含分支繁多,其中的微生物工程及酶工程是最主要的分支之一,在农业应用中极为广泛,如食品加工、能源开发、微生物农药、微生物肥料、微生物饲料及微生物在农业生态中都有应用,并且仍有巨大的开发价值。
