摘要
从水稻 (OryzasativaL .) 保持系D 62B田间繁殖材料中发现一个披叶和颖花器官突变体DLR (ricewithdroopingleaf)。该突变体叶片无中脉 ,颖花内稃比外稃长 ,内、外稃不抱合 ,雌蕊同源转化成雄蕊 ,浆片呈稃片状。利用扫描电镜和石蜡切片观察该突变体花器官形态发生过程。用该突变体作父本 ,明恢 63为母本配制杂交组合进行性状遗传分析 ,根据F2 代植株表型表明该突变性状是由单隐性基因控制的 ,利用SSR标记将突变性状相关的基因定位在第 3染色体上 ,RM 5 63与RM 2 82之间 ,与RM 2 82相距 5 .5 6cm。
A spontaneously occurred rice (Oryza sativa L.) mutant was found in a breeding material. The mutant plant shows midribless leaf, longer palea than lemma and morphological transformation of pistil into stamens. A pair of lodicules appeared as palea/lemma-like organs. The floral morphogenesis of both the mutant and the wild-type rice were observed by using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and paraffin section. Furthermore, after crossed between Minghui63 and mutant (DLR), the ration of wild-type and mutant in F 2 generation was 3∶1, which indicated that the mutant trait was controlled by a single recessive gene. The gene was mapped between SSR markers RM 282 and RM 563, with distances of 5.56cm to RM 282.
