摘要
分析论述了陕西省属本科高校科技力量总体比较薄弱 ,科技活动人员中高级职称人数偏少 ,科技经费严重不足 ;其科技的发展必须切实加强科技队伍的建设 ,加强高层次学术、学科带头人的培养 ,加强科技力量的综合配置 。
The strength of science and technology in senior colleges/universities governed by Shaanxi Province is generally weak; the number of the science personnel with higher professional titles is relatively small; and there is a serious shortage of funds for scientific research To develop their science and technology, they must strengthen the construction of scientific research team, promote the training of higher-level academic and subject leaders, enhance the comprehensive allocation of science forces, and guarantee the fundamental financial investment in scientific research
