浙江省地方新建本科院校科技创新能力实证研究

Empirical Analysis on the S & T Innovation Ability of Zhejiang Newly Founded Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

摘要 地方新建本科院校的科技创新能力是高校办学水平的重要体现。选取浙江省地方新建本科院校为研究对象,从科技人员、科技经费、科研课题、科技成果及技术转让等方面对其科技创新能力进行了详细分析,并基于主成分分析法对其科技创新能力进行了比较分析,得出结论认为新建本科院校在总体上科技创新能力有限,但各高校发展不均衡。因此,新建本科院校必须采取相应的对策,取长补短,提升其科技创新能力。 This article selects the newly founded local undergraduate colleges in Zhejiang as the research object, and uses the principal component analysis to comparatively analyze their S & T innovation ability from the scientific and technological personnel, science and technology funds, projects, science and technology achievements and technology transfer, and so on. The article comes to a conclusion that the newly founded undergraduate colleges and universities are limited in the gen- eral science and technology innovation ability, and the university development is not balanced. Therefore, the newly foun- ded undergraduate colleges and universities must adopt corresponding countermeasures to improve their science and technol- ogy innovation ability.
