摘要
论述高校科学研究和创新型人才的培养。从科学研究和创新型人才的培养是高校核心竞争力的主要构成、科学研究实践为创新型人才的成长创造条件、科学研究平台为创新型人才的培养提供重要场地等三个方面,论述科学研究和创新型人才的培养密切关系和重要性。高校应重视科学研究和创新型人才的培养,使之协调发展,以提升高校核心竞争力和综合实力。
This paper deals with scientific research and the training of innovative talents in universities.The importance of scientific research and the cultivation of innovative talents along with their close relationship are discussed in the following three aspects：scientific research and the cultivation of innovative talents are the main components of universities＇ core competitiveness;scientific research not only is the essential condition for the cultivation and development of innovative talents,but also provides an important platform for the well training of innovative talents.Colleges and universities should pay much attention to scientific research and the cultivation of innovative talents,and make them develop in a balanced mannerto improve their core competence and comprehensive strength.
