摘要
实验应用光镜与电镜技术,观察老年大鼠甲状腺组织学与超微结构变化,以及补肾中药对老年大鼠甲状腺形态学的影响。老年大鼠甲状腺滤泡以及滤泡上皮细胞有显著退行性变化。而补肾中药组大鼠甲状腺滤泡及滤泡上皮细胞退行性变化减轻,近似青年组。实验结果提示:补肾中药能改善甲状腺的老化,从而延缓老年大鼠下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺—胸腺轴的衰老。
The authors observeahistological and ultra- structural changes of the tyroid in senile rats,as well as effect of kidney-toniing herbal medicine by means of optical and elec)nic microscope.The thyroid follicular epithelial s in the senile rats degenerated markedly.While rated by Kidney-tonif- ying herbal medicine,the nile changes were retarded and the ultrastructure' the thyroid became nearly normal.The experimenta-esults showed that kidney-tonifying herbal medicineuld prevent aging of the thyroid so as to aft hypothalamus- pituitary-thyroid-thymus axis.
