摘要 综述了对植物化学诱变技术、突变体筛选技术、分子检测技术及其理论基础近年来的进展,并进行了较系统的阐述。化学诱变获得成功的关键是高效的诱变技术结合高效的突变体筛选技术,同时,帮助早期隐性突变发现的分子检测技术,作为辅助手段也是有利的。本文着重介绍了当代化学诱变技术、发生突变的机理、突变谱和诱变效率,并选择性地介绍了几种公认有效的突变剂的作用机理。
