摘要
目的 临床证实核磁共振血管成像 (MRA/MRV)在静脉窦血栓形成诊断中的价值。方法 对诊断静脉窦血栓的 4 2例病例 ,从临床表现、MRA/MRV和CT影像学征象、长期抗凝加抗炎治疗等进行了回顾性分析。结果 病变部位MRA/MRV显示 :各种静脉窦高血流信号缺血 ,影像模糊不清、低血流信号 ,一段或整段管径变细。抗炎治疗同时用低分子肝素抗凝治疗4周 ,临床症状、体征明显好转。结论 头MRA、MRV能较好地反映静脉窦血流状态 ,在静脉窦血栓的诊断和疗效观察中可作为常规检查 ;低分子肝素钠治疗CVT效果确切、安全可靠。
Objective To proove the value of MRI/MRV in diagnosis of the vein sinus bolt formation.Methods 42 cases vein sinus bolt were analyzed in this hospital,to study the image of CT from clinical performance,MRA/MRV,long-term antiagglutinating and anti-inflammatroy.Result The manifestation of MRV/MRA of pathological change part shows high blood in sinus,lacks of vein signal,unclear and low blood in image singnal,and a segment or whole tube becomes thin.The clinical symptoms and signs become better after 4 weeks anti-inflammatory course.Conclusion MRA/MRV can reflect the blood appearance of the vein sinus better and be used as the regular check in vein sinus blood blot of diagnosis.
