摘要
目的：与传统的手术方法比较，显微手术提高了矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的全切除率。方法：采用显微手术方法治疗２０例矢状窦旁脑膜瘤，按Ｓｉｍｐｓｏｍ切除分级标准Ⅰ级１４例，Ⅱ级６例。结果：本组无手术死亡，１２例经６个月～９年随访，无肿瘤复发。结论：采用显微外科技术，可有效地防止矢状窦、中央沟静脉及其他脑重要功能区的损伤，提高了肿瘤的全切除率。
Objective: To compare the therapeutic results with the traditional operative method.the total resection rate were increased in microsurgical removal of the parasagittal meningiomas.Methods:20 cases of parasagittal meingiomas were treated with microsurgical management in our department.14 cases underwent total resection of the tumors(Simpson I)and 6 in Simpson Ⅱ.Results:There were no operative death in this group.12 cases were follow-up 0.5～9years and no rec curent cases were found.Conclusions:It was suggeted that the factors which influence successful rate were related to the microsugical technique and method to prevent injury of sagittal sinu, central vein and other important area of the brain.The study revealed that microsurgical management with parasagittal meningiomas was benificial to increase total resection rate.
