摘要
基准地价评估是目前土地管理的一项重要的、经常性的工作。小城镇由于规模较小,土地利用效益较低,房地产市场不发育,基准地价评估较难。本文根据几个小城镇基准地价评估实践,提出一套实用的、简便的、可操作性强的小城镇基准地价评估方法。
Standard land price assessment is an important and usual work in land management. In small towns, standard land price assessment is difficult for small size, low land use benefit and un - development land market. Based on standard land price assessment practice in small towns, simple and easily applied methods are provided in this paper.
