摘要
针对当前小城镇土地估价中存在的问题 ,分析了问题产生的根源 ,对小城镇土地估价中评估原理、评估思路和方法进行了探讨 。
In view of the existing questions from land evaluation of small town, the author analyzes the roots of these problems, and probes into the fundamentals, thoughts and methods in land evaluation, in order to solve these actual problems.
