摘要
介绍了在30m3聚合釜内用EHP/Tx99复合引发剂替代EHP单一引发剂生产PVC树脂的情况。实验结果表明,采用复合引发剂体系不但解决了VCM悬浮聚合反应后期的超温超压问题,而且提高了产量及产品质量,取得了很好的效益。
Production status of resin by EHP/Tx99 composite evocator instead of EHP unitary vocator in the inner of 30 m^3 polymerizer was introduced. Not only over temperature and hyperpressure in the later period of suspension polymerization reaction of VCM was solved, but also the capacity and the quality were improved. And the efficiency was better.
