摘要
目的研究凋亡抑制因子survivin和核因子NFκBp65在CRC组织的表达及其与临床病理指标的关系,以探讨其在CRC发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测72例CRC中survivin和NFκBp65蛋白的表达情况,以相应癌旁组织、正常结肠组织(12例)作对照。结果survivin蛋白在CRC组织阳性表达率55.6%,在对照组不表达,二者比较差异有显著性(P<0.001)。NFκBp65蛋白在CRC组织的阳性表达率62.5%,显著高于对照组(P<0.001);NFκBp65表达与淋巴结转移、组织学类型和远处转移的临床病理指标明显相关(P<0.05)。survivin和NFκBp65的表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.451,P<0.01)。结论survivin和NFκBp65在CRC的发生发展中起重要作用,检测其表达对CRC的诊断、恶性程度及判断预后有一定价值。
Objective To study the expression of apoptosis inhibitor factor survivin and nuclear factor kappa Bp65 in colorectal cancer and its relationship with clinical pathologic features.Methods The expression of survivin and NF κBp65 in 72 cases with CRC were examined by immunohistochemical SP technique. The corresponding cancerous adjacent tissue and normal colonic tissue(12 cases) were served as a control group.Results The expression of survivin was 55.6% in CRC tissue, no expression found in the control group. The difference was significant between the two groups( P < 0.001 ). NF κBp65 detected was 62.5% in CRC tissue, much higher than that of the control group( P < 0.001 ). The positive rate of NF κBp65 was much related to local lymph node metastasis, histological differentiation grade and distant metastasis( P < 0.05 ). survivin expression positively correlated with NF κBp65( r s = 0.451 , P < 0.01 ).Conclusion survivin and NF κBp65 may play an essential role in colorectal carcinogenesis and may be valuable for diagnosis, evaluating malignancy extent and prognosis.
