摘要
本文介绍了用一台2kW CO2激光器在20^#钢表面涂敷WC-SiC-Co进行激光熔敷的实验。对涂敷层进行了物相、显微组织形貌、硬度及耐磨性能等多方面的测试和分析。结果表明,把高性能材料熔敷在碳钢表面上,使得低质钢材表面的化学成份、显微组织发生了根本性的变化,而表面的硬度及耐磨性能均得到了很大的提高。
This paper presents the experiment of coating WC-SiC-Co on No. 20 steel surface by using a CO2 laser with an output power of 2 kW. It also presents a compr ehensive measurement and analysis of the phase morohology. The microstr-ucture and the abrasion resistance of the cladding layer,the results indicate that the quality materials cladding on carbon surface essentially change the chemical. compo-sition and microstructure of a low cost steel. Meanwhile, the microhardness and anti-abrasion of surface will also increase.
