摘要
通过对炉内重熔工艺中控制参数的确定,设备的改造,自熔性粉末材料性能的研究而拟定的以FNi-l5A 粉末材料作为基本材料并加入2%～4%改性合金粉末作为专用喷涂材料的炉内重熔工艺具有实用性,适合我国国情,使用效果良好.
A self-melting powder based on FNi-15A with addition of 2-4% improving powder is developed, the material is specially used for hot spraying. The procedure to produceit is by controlling remelting parameters in the furnace, improvement for equipment and study of the properties of powder materials then the composition and procedure for the powder are fixed and proven with better results.
