自熔性合金粉末喷焊层的选择对相对耐磨性的影响研究

摘要 在优选喷焊工艺条件下,对几种自熔性合金粉末的喷焊层的相对耐磨性进行试验分析,再与其他几种涂敷层进行比较,以寻求耐磨性较高的喷焊层,为优选抗磨零件的强化工艺提供依据。 Under the optimal spray-welding condition. the authors make experiments on the relative wearability of some self-fluxing alloy powder spray welding coating and analyze their results, and compare them with those of other coatings. so as to obtain the spray welding coating with higher wearability, thus providing the basis for optimal selection of the strengthening technology of spare parts with higher wearability.
